Clare O'Neill Industrial Psychologist Pietermaritzburg
Having qualified as an Industrial Psychologist in 1989, I have been lecturing and consulting in Pietermaritzburg since 1992.
I was a Senior Lecturer in the Schools of Business and Psychology, UKZN Pietermaritzburg, for 18 years, before going into full-time private practice.
My particular areas of interest are:
♦ Entrepreneurial personality, behaviour and development
♦ The growth and development of SMMEs and NGOs in the African context
♦ The development of women in the workplace and of women as employers
♦ Psychological assessment and testing with a particular interest in the validation of psychometric instruments for use with South African populations
♦ Employability evaluation and vocational assessment
♦ Organisation diagnosis, change and development, particularly small businesses and non-governmental / non-profit organisations
I am a consultant to the Road Accident Fund, conducting psycho-legal assessments and advising on appropriate compensation for road accident victims. Please contact me for more information.
